For a fabulous 4.3 mile (7 km) walk beside spectacular waterfalls and through ancient woodland the Ingleton Waterfall Trail is for you. Set on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales allow between 2 to 4 hours to complete the circular route.
The energetic trail is a defined footpath which runs close to rivers edges, over bridges, by waterfalls and forces with spectacular views of the waterfalls.
Dogs are welcome and need at times to be on lead (farmland).
Not accessible by wheelchair or pushchair due to multiple steps, for the able bodied, strong shoes are recommended as you'll encounter many geological features.

Entrance and Onward
This where you can park and buy a ticket, a kids activity pack, there are also toilets and a good cafe.
From here you walk north through limestone glens and woodland, over bridges and past works of art such as the money tree.
Further on are falls, spouts, forces and waterfalls, open land, pools and bridges and a gorge. This is an energetic walk but it should be within the ability of most able bodied people from age 4+ years.

Comfortable, friendly and warm cafe with speciality drinks, cakes, snacks and a drinks license.
There is a play area for children, free WiFi and groups and private functions can be catered for.
